How the Transport Works
- Collection of the sealed ash capsule from the crematorium or funeral home in Germany or Austria.
- Preparation of all documents for cremated remains shipping (death certificate, cremation certificate, passport copy).
- Transfer to our export facility and customs clearance at the MPE.AIR-CARGO HUB Madrid (MAD).
- International air freight to the nearest international airport in the destination country.
- Handover to the consignee, funeral director or authorised family representative upon arrival.
